Before joining Expense Reduction Analysts, Grant spent 20 years in the telecommunications industry, both as a backbone engineer and practice manager of pre-sales. He built highly technical engineering and pre-sales teams by pursuing and delivering on aggressive targets.
Grant initially worked as a partner with ERA in 2014 before joining full time in 2016 as a Principal Consultant. He specialises in cost analysis, predominately in telecommunications, IT and reprographics.
In the last few years, Grant has assisted clients on reprographic projects and supported his ERA associates on IT projects. Being ex-industry himself, Grant’s knowledge of the intricacies around print and telecommunication services contracts adds significant value to the procurement cycle. In addition, Grant has experience across various industry verticals, satisfying even the most demanding of client outcomes.
Grant lives in Sydney with his wife and two children, loves to cycle (and talk about cycling), and enjoys the local beaches and cafes.
