David has deep expertise in building organisations to best practice levels, with over 30 years of experience in operational and senior executive roles in multinationals, along with public and private Australian companies. He developed a track record for exceeding benchmarks through experience in market-leading companies like Arnotts and General Mills.

He has extensive management experience, delivering productivity savings, business growth, and risk control initiatives. With broad general management experience and extensive exposure to superior business processes, he understands how to provide the best results for clients.

His experience spans multiple industries, including food, health, building, and industrial products, with international experience from Europe and North and South America assignments. He has led numerous functions and understands the challenges of driving change, being highly adept at business transformation.

He has been responsible for Facilities Management of significant assets, including offices, manufacturing sites, warehouses, and numerous upgrade projects. This has enabled businesses to manage assets more effectively throughout the entire lifecycle, including risk assessment and control, maintenance strategies, contractor management and capital work programs. David has unique skills to improve the performance of existing assets. Still, he has also worked to justify the new investment to deliver clear savings or strategic value to a business.

With previous roles leading procurement functions for direct materials and indirect resources, particularly in manufacturing industries, David understands how to achieve optimum results from suppliers, ensuring quality and service at the best pricing. In addition, with many years of experience delivering better value across materials and services, he knows the importance of establishing tight contracts and service level agreements while placing a strong focus on all aspects of risk management and compliance.

Taking a holistic approach to cost management, he ensures projects are managed to consider multiple decision-making criteria and stakeholder involvement, ensuring clients are properly supported through all stages of a relationship.
